The Aurora Burlington Credit Union is a cooperative organization owned by its members. It was chartered in April, 1937 by the State of Illinois Auditor of Public Accounts and currently operates under regulations established by the Illinois Department of Financial Institutuions.
   

Membership is open to employees of Burlington Northern-Santa Fe or any of its wholly owned subsidiaries namely:

Burlington Northern Air Freight, Burlington Northern Transport, and Western Fruit Growers Express.

     
Employees of the Aurora Burlington Credit Union and immediate family members of Burlington Northern-Santa Fe and its subsidiaries employees' families and immediate family members of present A.B.C.U. members who work outside the Burlington Northern-Santa Fe are qualified for membership. They include: spouses, parents and children.

Membership is also open to any person who lives and/or works in the Aurora Area bounded by: Interstate 88 to the north, Jericho Road to the south; Montgomery Road to the south; Orchard Road to the west and Eola Road to the east.

Also many select employee groups throughout the Aurora area are eligible to join. We have provided a complete list of select employee groups that have employees or members belonging to A.B.C.U. View our Select Employee Group Listing at any time and remember "Once a Member Always A Member."

     
A minimum deposit of $25.00 is required. Applicants pay a $2.00 one time membership fee. Once applicants are accepted as members, all A.B.C.U. services become available to them. Your membership is maintained even if you leave this area.
